AT BEARWOOD CABIN

The Cabin is a cosy, simple but well-thought out space for guests to relax. We have created Bearwood Cabin as a peaceful, self-contained retreat designed for guests looking to slow down and enjoy the Herefordshire countryside. Fully refurbished for Summer 2026, the cabin combines modern comforts with a quiet rural setting – ideal for walkers, cyclists, couples and anyone looking for a relaxing countryside break.

We are also lucky enough to be in easy reach of the famous Hay Festival and a host of other food, drink and music events.

Inside you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, fast Wi-Fi, underfloor heating and a wood burner, along with everything needed for a short break or longer stay.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private terrace and gazebo, a good-sized garden with apple, mirabelle, damson and plum trees and easy access to local footpaths, cycling routes and the historic village of Pembridge.

The Bedroom

The Kitchen

Recently refurbished for Summer 2026, the kitchen is compact but well-equipped for self-catering stays, whether you’re preparing breakfast before a day out or cooking a relaxed evening meal back at the cabin.

Located directly next to the cabin

Please note that access to the cabin is via a narrow, winding driveway and the parking area has a tight turning circle. It is suitable for standard cars and small SUVs only, and is not suitable for large vans, motorhomes or oversized vehicles.

Easy access makes the cabin particularly convenient for walkers, cyclists and guests exploring the wider Herefordshire area by car.
